Rules and limits
The application is closely related to the addition and editing of various elements by the user. To this the entered information retained readability and organically fit into the interface, there are rules:

| Name | no more than 200 characters |
| Category name | must be unique |
| Subcategory name | must be unique within a category |
| Description | no more than 3000 characters |
Limits have been introduced to keep the application running and prevent abuse:

| Number of categories | no more than 7 pcs |
| Number of total subcategories | no more than 30 pcs |
| Number of unfinished tasks in one subcategory | no more than 10 pcs |
| Number of subtasks in one task | no more than 20 pcs |
