Release of the new version of the Task Manager on 11/08/2023

- Simplifying the code base and improving process flexibility.

- Functional improvements have been made:
- Categories and tasks, completed tasks placed to separate tab. The active tasks and categories tabs now have counters.
- Create categoryand task form now appear in the corresponding tab.
- The sortings have been moved inside the tab.
- User interface has been improved and made easier to understand.
- The functionality of \"Favorite tasks\" has been improved and renamed to \"Pinned tasks\" as it fully corresponds to the meaning.
- The functionality of the summary home page has been improved and optimized.
- Moving to new infrastructure started.
